Refund policy

Symbols on Silk accepts the return of damaged products for replacement within 3 months from the date of purchase directly from us. (Products purchased from retail outlets should be returned directly to the store where the item was purchased.)

Provided the design is damaged due to a manufacturing or workmanship issue and not due to breakage by the client, it will be replaced with a new piece.

After the 3 month return period, Symbols on Silk is happy to repair designs that we have made however shipping is for the client’s expense and a replacement silk and clasp will be supplied at a cost of R60 per design.
